I don’t normally read YA contemporaries, I’m more of a paranormal girl, myself. But, every once in awhile I make an exception for something that sounds too good to pass up.
Lickily, for me, All of This is True was a home run! I knew that as soon as I started reading it that it would be a book that I had difficulties putting down.
Peñaflor’s story was brilliant from start to finish. Put together with a series of journal entries, interviews, and book excerpts, this is a masterfully told story… Intriguing enough, with its perfectly flawed characters that I challenge even hesitant readers to not enjoy it.
