April was a pretty relaxed month. We didn’t do much. However, the husband and my sisterwife, Angela, went on their one-year anniversary trip to Billings. While Alex (my other sisterwife) and I stayed home, ate like crap, and watched musicals. It was fantastic! While they were gone, we had our first South Dakota thunder and lightning storm. Honestly, the only other time I’ve seen one like it is when we went to Yellowstone a few years ago. The lightning was NON-stop–that’s not something I ever experienced in California.
The funny this was, the next morning we woke up to snow!!
Oh, and of course I baked this month. 😉 Aaaaand, we got a new dining room table! Which we really need as our old one was–well, old–and also because it only seated six. With our family of 8, this was never enough–plus, we have people coming to visit soon (pretty much every month from June-September), so we’ll need a table that extends to 10–which this one does. 🙂
