#FitReaders Update October 2021

Fit Readers is a group/challenge run by Felicia @ Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and Jen @ That’s What I’m Talking About, designed to support and encourage each other on our health and fitness goals. This is the first time I’ve decided to join up–and all because I’ve been working out every day and eating right! So, what better way that to share that journey with others!

 

October 2021 Commitment

So, I’m not even going to lie–what with moving and all crazy of that–my diet has been kind of non-existent. But, this last week, Angela and I have been doing so much better! So, my commitment for October is to get back on the wagon and start my Trim Healthy Mama journey again!

Food Goals

Still going to do Trim Healthy Mama! I love the combo of low-carb and low-fat. Low carb meals are so easy these days what with the Keto craze. And low-fat allows me to eat some healthy carbs.

Exercise Goals

Honestly, not going to add any exercise into things at the moment. I’m going to focus on my diet right now. BUT, with that said, I go up and down the stairs a lot so–that’s something!

Spiritual Goals

I’m doing Bible readings still, on my own. I’m going to keep that up. Also, I may find another Bible study to do with my ladies.
