We will be using a combination of Fable and Skype for Captivated Book Club. Fable is an app that you can download to any mobile device via your device’s app store.
The same goes for Skype. Or, alternatively, you can use Skype on your PC or laptop.
We will be using Fable to talk about the book in between our monthly Skype sessions. On Fable, you’ll have a reading guide set up where all of us can read at the same pace, if you choose. And then we can discuss what we’ve read and comment on individual sections. Fable also has the ability to read the books directly on the app with features like highlighting, etc… And classic books are usually free to download!
With Skype, you’ll receive a link to join us for our monthly chat where we’ll meet to talk about what we’ve read, discuss what we want to read next, and just get to know each other!
