So, I’m kind of fascinated with the time of the Great Depression. I feel like there was just much going on in those years politically, socially, and economically; that when stories are set during this time, there is just so much material to work with. I feel like the stories are ripe for the taking!
The Last Dance on Starlight Pier takes place in July of 1932. And with themes like love, resilience, and joy–I have a feeling this book will be exactly my cup of tea.

She and her husband enjoy open-water swimming and training their corgi puppy not to eat the furniture.

Weell when I am in the mood for a good historical fiction, I know who to go to for that!! haha I just need the romance 🙂 I am also interested in the time of the Great Depression in both the states and the world as those years led to WWII, so its such an interesting set of years of history where so much happened in various aspects.
