From USA Today and Wall Street Journal Bestselling romance author, Willow Winters, comes a second chance with a filthy mouthed, possessive hero, not willing to lose the love of his life again.
I've got a thing for men who work with their hands. I thought I learned my lesson years ago. But here I am, back in the small town I grew up in, staring down the man who broke my heart years ago. I intended to tell him off. My plan was to flip him the bird and prove to both of us that he hadn't ruined me.I sure as hell wasn't going to sleep with him.
Until he tells me he's sorry. Until he gives me that smoldering look I still dream about. Until he whispers just beneath the shell of my ear... His breath trails down my neck and he leaves an opened mouth kiss right there, in that sensitive spot. "You have no idea how much I've missed you."
My treacherous heart wants more. More of him. More of us. But there's a reason it didn't work before and when you don't learn from your past mistakes, you're bound to repeat them.
Bri and Asher used to be a young couple in love. Then Bri went away to college. After a bit, Asher pushed her away, broke her heart (and his own), and now… Bri is back home.
It takes almost no time at all for the sparks to fly between this second-chance couple. They’re still in love, only I don’t think either is completely aware of that fact–well, maybe Asher.
The chemistry was off the charts, the dialogue spicy, and the characters were so entertaining!
Asher and Bri were a couple that were just meant to be and everyone knows it!
This story was a sweet and spicy second-chance, small-town romance with two engaging characters that kept me engrossed. I had trouble not just sitting down and devouring this all in one sitting.
Willow Winters knows her romance and I’m ready to download the next!
Aww I wanna know why he pushed her away!
